I have just finished a keynote and a workshop. The keynote was on SuperCreativity, which focused on augmenting our human curiosity in the age of artificial intelligence, while the workshop was about Unlocking Creative Potential. The organization that I was speaking for was the Family Business Forum, which brought together top family businesses from various industries here in Kansas.
I find that workshops work really well when people from different backgrounds and perspectives come together and brainstorm and share ideas, as they did today. One thing that resonated with people the most today is how many are starting to not only talk about things like artificial intelligence, especially generative AI tools like ChatGPT, but actually use them and experiment with them. I have been speaking about generative AI since 2018, initially to the financial services and banking industry. However, the use of generative AI tools has spread to various industries, including real estate, food services, and food production industries, among others.
In the workshop, people experimented with using ChatGPT to generate creative and curious questions related to different challenges, which was really fun.
