At age 23, Steve Long created his first company and by the time he was 30 he has already built and sold 3 businesses. It was while building one of these companies he decided to fulfill a life goal, to retire before the age of 50, design and build a 65 foot trimaran boat and then sail around the world with his family. He did just that and has plenty of stories and lessons learned from his adventure. Since returning to dry land he has founded Leaders Factory, a coaching and mentoring hub for creative and disruptive leaders.
