Major US animal nutrition and health company invite James Taylor to share stories of resilience at product launch event in Dubai

Kemin Industries supplies specialty ingredients for human and animal health and nutrition, pet food, aquaculture, nutraceutical, food technologies, crop technologies and textile industries. Established in 1961, Kemin is a privately held, family-owned-and-operated company with more than 2,800 global employees and operations in 90 countries, including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, South Africa and the United States.

To mark the launch of a new animal health product Kemin invited James Taylor to deliver an opening keynote on the topic of ‘resilience’. As the event was being held in Dubai the client also asked James to share with the audience his perspective on what makes the city such a resilient place and how it has adapted to change.

As this was the first time James Taylor had spoken at an event for this client it required that in addition to pre-event calls and a keynote walkthrough in advance of the event, he also spent time researching the history of the company. This enabled him to connect his keynote theme of ‘resilience’ to the new product that was being launched and the origin story of the business. 

James Taylor’s final keynote used an inspiring opening story to quickly engage the 80 person audience, this was then followed by examples of how other leaders, companies and countries are building strength through developing resilience and antifragility. The final part of the keynote focused on the five key elements that have made Dubai such a resilient city and has allowed it to remain competitive during times of change and disruption.
